Creativity took center stage at the education event in Vegas with the keynote “Evolutional Creativity — Evolutionary Principles For Creative Learning” by Eisuke Tachikawa CEO of NOSIGNER. He shared how principles from biological evolution can be applied to nurture creativity in learning environments, making a case for innovation-driven educational practices.
Shifting gears, the panel discussion “Helping Students Tap Into Their Inner Superpowers For Success” brought together experts to explore the importance of confidence, resilience, and strengths-based learning in student development. Panelists Dr. Valéssa Winslow Taylor CEO & Corepreneur at Go Core Mind Body Soul LLC; Jaciara Cruz Founder of Ideias de Futuro; Justin Daniel Starr, CEO of High Tide Technologies; Freddie Bryant Dean of Students & Athletic Administrator at San Juan High School; and Nazli Ersen CEO & Founder of Nazli Ersen LLC, discussed how educators can help students identify their unique abilities and turn challenges into opportunities for success.
The Role Of Accountability & Mental Health In Education

The speakers debated who should be held accountable for failing policies and how systemic changes can improve outcomes for students and educators alike.
Mental health was also a key topic of discussion at our top education conference. The fireside chat “The Escalating Mental Health Crisis In Schools” featured Dr. Cheyenne Correia-Foster Chief Transformational Officer & Owner of Quantum Learning Global, and Prof. Dr. Robert H. Schiestl, CEO of Protecta-skincare, Inc., MicroBioPharma, Inc., RadMit, Inc., and Immune-right, Inc. Recognition & Final Networking Opportunities

The Recognition Ceremony honored educators and leaders who have made outstanding contributions to the field of education. The session celebrated those who have pioneered innovative teaching practices, driven policy change, and created lasting impacts on student success.
Following the ceremony, the Business Card Exchange Session provided an opportunity for attendees to build meaningful connections and explore potential collaborations before the event’s final sessions.
Funding Challenges And Student Achievement
With over 90% of teachers spending their own money on classroom supplies, funding shortages have far-reaching consequences. In "The Classroom Crunch: How Funding Cuts Affect Student Learning And Achievement," Greg Hitchcock Founder of Pegasus Digital Media, and Marcus D. Taylor Instructional Designer of Artificial Tools Innovations at the University of North Texas Health Science Center highlighted the direct impact of budget cuts on student outcomes and how schools can innovate despite financial constraints.
The discussion covered alternative funding strategies, advocacy for better resource allocation, and innovative cost-effective solutions that schools have successfully implemented.
Ending On A High Note
As the day came to a close, attendees participated in the Networking Hour, a final opportunity to engage with peers, discuss takeaways, and lay the foundation for future partnerships. The event concluded with a resounding message: education is an ever-evolving journey, and collaboration is the key to shaping its future.
