At Westminster Christian School, Omar led the full-scale implementation of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams for Education across all grade levels from Kindergarten through Grade 12. This initiative established a unified digital learning environment supported by faculty and student training. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator Trainer and Expert, he increased student digital engagement and improved assignment completion rates by 85 percent within the first academic year. The initiative also enabled the launch of an online school, extending access to students globally while meeting national benchmarks for remote and hybrid instruction.

To improve operational efficiency and cost management, Omar spearheaded the transition from legacy servers to a hybrid VMware and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. This modernization reduced server maintenance costs, lowered energy consumption, and improved system uptime to 99.9 percent. He also restructured the IT helpdesk using automated workflows, reducing average ticket resolution times by 95 percent and enabling IT staff to focus on strategic initiatives.

Omar’s leadership has been recognized through multiple industry honors and professional engagements. His credentials include Microsoft MVP, Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Microsoft Showcase School Mentor, and speaking roles at major industry events such as TechMentor, Live 360, E2 Education Exchange, Microsoft Showcase School Summit, MISBO, Lenovo, FCIS, ISTE, and FETC.
