As Founder and Director of Bunny Kids Learning Limited, Dr. Mary TO has contributed to advancing English language education by developing structured curricula for children, including learners with special educational needs such as ASD and SEN. Her collaboration with institutions, including the University of Hong Kong, supported initiatives focused on social inclusion. These efforts strengthened organizational credibility and contributed to business growth.

During her tenure as Deputy Principal at Jolly Faith Learning Centre, Dr. Mary TO implemented curriculum frameworks that improved student outcomes and significantly increased enrollment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she established online curriculum delivery models that retained over 80 percent of students, supporting educational continuity and institutional stability.

Dr. Mary TO has also emphasized long-term sustainability in education through inclusive teaching methodologies and teacher training initiatives. Her work has focused on equipping educators with age-appropriate curricula and instructional skills tailored to learners with diverse abilities.
