Her work focuses on building recovery‑friendly workplaces and schools or universities that support individuals, families, and organizations impacted by addiction. Through innovative programs powered by recovery coaching, Naetha empowers communities to reduce stigma, strengthen wellbeing, and develop leaders who create lasting change across cultures.

Recovery is also central to Naetha’s personal journey. Together with her daughter Calliese, she founded Recovery Coach Academy as a family in recovery committed to developing systems of care grounded in support. Her work includes CPD-accredited Recovery Coach training, professional development programs, organizational consulting, and culturally relevant frameworks designed for institutions and communities.

Under her leadership, Recovery Coach Academy supports individuals and organizations in more than 32 countries across the UK, Europe, and the MENA region. Additional recognition of Naetha’s work includes being a finalist for CPD Provider of the Year 2024 and the recipient of the S.E.L. To The World Awards for Service Exporter and Excellence in Communication, finalist for International Business Achievement 2024, and winner of the Business for a Purpose Award 2024.

Moreover, Naetha’s leadership contributions have been recognized through international conferences, academic collaboration, and speaking engagements. Her work establishing Recovery Coach Professional training in Qatar was presented at the International Society of Substance Use Professionals Conference in Greece (2023).
