The three-day education conference, held from April 7–9, 2026, at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, USA, brought together educators, academic leaders, and changemakers to explore innovative approaches shaping the future of education, workforce readiness, and lifelong learning.

Julius Cartwright is a visionary entrepreneur, real estate executive, and financial literacy advocate with over 30 years of experience. As the founder of DreamTeam Realty, Inc. and Upscale Select Builders, he has sold over 1,500 homes, managed more than 750 rental units, and revitalized over 1,100 properties, generating over $1 billion in real estate sales. His work across business, advocacy, and education reflects a long-standing commitment to equity, leadership, and opportunity creation.

A former president of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Cartwright led the launch of the State of Housing in Black America (SHIBA) report and helped secure $1.2 billion for the Homeowners Assurance Program to address the foreclosure crisis. He is also the author of Equity Smart Is The New Cool, a practical guide for financial empowerment aimed at Gen Z and millennials, and continues to promote financial inclusion nationwide through The Equity Movement Enterprises via education, events, and mentorship.

Beyond real estate and advocacy, Cartwright founded two nonprofit organizations, S.T.A.F.F.
